We are situated in Shop No G-2 at Vega The Mall. It is right on Jaipur Road, near the Suchna Kendra Circle. Being in a mall is a bit different for a travel place in Ajmer. It is more modern and we have the air conditioning, which is a big relief in the summer. Heaven Tours & Travels is on the ground floor, so it is easy to just walk in from the street. The 305001 area is changing, and this mall is part of that. We have a clean office with glass windows. You can see the people walking by in the mall while we work. Even though it is a mall, we keep things very simple inside. We have our desks and some comfortable chairs for guests. Most people who come in are already out shopping or heading towards the Suchna Kendra. We talk a lot about destinations and times. It is a bit quieter than being right on the station road, but we still stay busy. We have a lot of brochures piled up on the counter. We spend our time checking on cars and making sure everyone is where they should be. It is a good spot because the Jaipur Road is right there for when the trips actually start. We just do our work and try to help out whoever stops by. It feels like a good place to be right now.
