Goyal Paints

Goyal Paints is located on Nagra Prakash Road, and if you come by, you’ll probably see us with some paint on our hands. It’s just the nature of the work. We have rows and rows of cans stacked up against the walls, and the smell of fresh paint and thinners is always in the air. The road outside can get pretty dusty, so we are constantly wiping down the lids of the cans so people can see the colors clearly. We aren't a big showroom with fancy lighting; it’s more like a workshop where we keep what people need for their houses and buildings. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and organize the brushes and rollers. Other days, everyone seems to want to paint their house at the same time, and it gets a bit hectic. We try to help people figure out how much they need, but we aren't experts, just people who have been selling this stuff for a long time. Nagra Prakash Road is a busy enough place, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the local contractors know where to find us. We open the shutters every morning and stay until late evening. There’s a small desk in the corner where we keep our receipts and a calculator that’s seen better days. It’s a straightforward business, and we just do our work one day at a time. Sometimes the colors on the mixing machine don't come out perfect on the first try, but we fix it.
