We are based out in the village of Nadi, which is also known as Piplaj, in Rajasthan. To get to us, you usually have to go through Kharwa in the Masuda tehsil. It’s quite a long way out from the main city of Ajmer, but that’s where our project site is located right now. Even though the company has Mumbai in its name, this specific team is rooted here in the rural parts of the state. We’ve been working here for quite some time now, dealing with the intense heat and the constant dust. The office is just a simple building where we keep our files and meet for our daily briefings before heading out. We aren't much for fancy talk or big marketing brochures. We’re construction people at heart. We focus on the concrete, the steel, and managing the labor on the ground. It’s a tough environment to work in, but we’ve got a good group of people who know what they’re doing. We work with what we have and make sure the project stays on track. Life out here in Nadi is quiet, which actually allows us to concentrate on the job at hand without many distractions. We don’t really bother with any of that corporate polish or professional jargon. We just show up every morning and put in the hours. It’s about the work, plain and simple. That’s how we’ve always done it and how we continue to do it today.
