Dev Collection

You can find Dev Collection in Nala Bazar, right near Sp Tailors and the Gurudwara. The bazar is one of those places that's always crowded with people looking for a deal. Our shop is small, and we mostly sell clothes and different fabrics. We chose this spot because of the foot traffic, even if the lane is a bit narrow. Sometimes the smell from the nearby drain is a bit much, but that's just part of being in Nala Bazar. We have shelves filled with different outfits, and we try to change the front display every week so it doesn't get boring for the regulars. The lights inside are a bit bright to show off the colors of the cloth. I usually sit near the front to greet people. We don't have a computer for billing; we still do everything in a ledger book with a pen. It feels more natural that way. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to close the shop for a day to do it. Customers like to haggle, and we are used to it by now. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We know the tailors next door well, and we often send people over there if they need something fitted quickly. It's just a local shop trying to provide decent clothes to the neighborhood. We don't have big ambitions, just keeping the shop going through the seasons.
