Crystal Consultancy Services

Our office is Shop No 02B on the second floor of Cinemall in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a busy part of Ajmer City. Crystal Consultancy Services is where we help people figure out their next steps, whether it’s for a job or school. We have a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork. It’s not a very big space, but it works for us. Most days involve talking to people who come in looking for advice. We don't promise miracles or anything like that. We just look at what they have and tell them what their options are. Sometimes the mall is quiet, and other times it’s really loud with movies playing downstairs. We’ve been in this shop for a while now. We know the other shopkeepers and the security guards. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't wear suits every day unless there's a specific reason. Usually, we just sit with a cup of tea and go through files. We try to be clear with people so they don't get confused by the rules or the forms. If we don’t know an answer, we say so and try to find it out. It’s just a small consultancy trying to help folks in Ajmer get where they want to go. We stay open pretty late on most weekdays because that is when people have time to visit after their own work is done. It gets a bit lonely when the mall starts to close.
