Choudhary Hospital

We are right on Army Circular Road, very close to the main bus stand. It is a noisy part of town because of all the buses and people moving around at all hours. Being near the bus stand means we get a lot of people coming in who are just passing through or who have traveled from nearby villages. The building itself is an older one and it has its quirks. We have to fix the plumbing or paint a wall every now and then to keep it in decent shape. It is not a luxury facility with fancy furniture. We have simple rooms and a waiting area that gets quite full in the afternoons. The staff usually stays busy with walk-ins and we don't really have a complicated booking system. We just take people as they come. Most of us have been working here on Army Circular Road for a long time and we know the local shopkeepers and the guys who run the stalls outside. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just a hospital where we try to help people get better so they can go home. The heat can be a bit much in the summer months, but we have enough fans to keep the air moving. We just do the work and try to stay organized in the middle of all the city noise.
