Cambrizon Foundation

You can find the Cambrizon Foundation over at A-22 in Chandravardai Nagar, which is a decent part of Ajmer to be in. The street is usually lined with scooters and the occasional cow wandering past. Our building is easy to spot once you get onto the right block, though the numbers sometimes confuse people who aren't from around here. Inside, it is just a regular workspace with some old wooden furniture and a clock on the wall that runs about five minutes fast. We never bothered to fix it. We spend our days handling the foundation's affairs, which mostly involves a lot of reading and writing. The light in the front room is good in the mornings, which helps when we are looking at small print on forms. Ajmer has its own pace, and we try to stick to it without rushing around too much. We know the neighbors, and they know us, so it is a friendly enough atmosphere. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps for a break when the weather is actually nice. It is not a huge operation, but it keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who stops in, because the walk from the main road can be a bit dusty and tiring.
