Our shop is right by the Lodha Dharamshala on Prithivi Raj Marg. If you're near P.R. Marg, you can’t really miss the area. It’s a busy street with people always walking past. We spend a lot of time dealing with cameras and all the cables that go with them. Bhatia Cctv Films has been sitting here for quite a while. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. There are boxes stacked up in the back and monitors showing different views on the walls. It’s mostly just us and the sound of the street outside. People stop in to ask about prices or how to set things up at their homes. We give them honest answers. It’s a practical business. We don't use any fancy scripts when talking to customers. Usually, someone is out on a job installing something while one of us stays back to mind the shop. The dharamshala brings a lot of travelers through here, so there is always something interesting to see out the window. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the traffic, but we just wipe the counters down and keep going. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine for us. Prithivi Raj Marg is a good place to be because everyone knows where it is. We’ve become part of the neighborhood over the years, just like the other shops on the block. It's a bit loud, but it's home for our business.
