Balaji Traders

We’ve been running Balaji Traders here at 17930 Teja Chowk for a good bit of time now. If you know Beawar, you know how busy Tambaku Gali gets during the day. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we keep our stock and talk to the folks who drop by. We mostly handle general trading stuff, whatever people in the neighborhood are looking for. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting bags and keeping the ledgers straight, but it keeps us busy. Most of the people who come in are regulars we’ve known for years. Sometimes they just stop by for a chat while they’re out doing their other errands. We don't have a big team or a lot of office space, just a counter and some shelves that are usually overflowing. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We open up pretty early because that’s when the morning rush starts. There isn't any big secret to how we do things. We just try to have what people need when they ask for it. If we run out of something, we try to get it back in stock as fast as the transport allows. It is a simple way to make a living and we are very much used to the rhythm of the market by now.
