Out here in the Riico Industrial Area in Gegal, things are a bit different than the city. Our unit is at F- 31, and it’s a pretty standard industrial shed. The ground is often a bit dusty because of the trucks driving past on the unpaved parts of the road. Inside, we have our equipment set up and it’s usually humming along. It gets pretty hot during the middle of the day, especially in the summer months when the sun hits the metal roof. We have some coolers going, but you still feel the heat. We don't have a fancy reception desk. If you come by, you'll probably find one of us in work clothes near the back. We do a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around. There’s a small room we use for our breaks where we keep our lunch boxes. The water cooler is the most popular spot in the building. We’ve been in Gegal for a while now and have seen the area change a bit, but our routine stays mostly the same. We start early to beat the worst of the heat and finish up when the sun starts to go down. It is hard work, but it is what we know. We don’t worry about looking polished; we just worry about getting the orders out on time.
