We handle various hardware tools and machines that people in the surrounding factories and shops use for their own jobs. The shop isn't silent; there’s usually the sound of metal clanking or something being moved around on a trolley. We keep the inventory stacked as neatly as possible, though in a hardware place, things tend to get a bit cluttered quickly. Every day is about finding the right bolt or piece of machinery for whoever walks in or calls. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just supply what’s needed for mechanical work. The New Riico area is constantly expanding, so there are always new faces coming around. We’ve got a small crew here, and we mostly just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes we stay late to finish inventory or clean up the grease from the machine parts.
