Ticket Window

Our place is on Mission Veng Main Street, specifically in Missionvengthlang. If you are at the City Bus Stand in Aizawl, you are very close to us. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of people coming and going. It is a busy spot and we like it that way. We mostly handle tickets and travel plans. It is just us working in a small space, trying to keep everything organized. The phone rings a lot and people often pop their heads in to ask about times. We don't have any fancy carpets or expensive furniture. It is just a practical place to get work done. We spend a lot of time checking the local schedules because things change sometimes. We have been in this area for long enough to know the rhythms of the city buses. Most of our customers are just folks trying to get to work or go back to their villages. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog when everyone wants to travel at the same time. We just take it one person at a time. The air around the bus stand is always full of noise and people, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s a simple life and we just keep our heads down and do the work.
