Refresh Holidays Pvt Ltd is up here in Aizawl. We are right in the middle of town, though as anyone who lives here knows, nothing is really flat around these parts. The 796001 area is where we do our daily work. It’s a simple office. We don’t have a big team or a lot of complicated systems. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting at the computers. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to take a break from their regular routine. Aizawl is beautiful but sometimes people just want to see a different set of hills or maybe a beach somewhere far away. We try to help with that. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings. We have some posters of different places on the walls, but mostly it's just calendars and stacks of papers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like being part of the community here and helping our neighbors figure out their travel plans. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage to get things done eventually. It’s just how things go. If you are around the main town area, you might have passed by us without even realizing it. We keep things low key. No big signs or anything like that, just the name on the window.
