Our school, M Nanjappan Chettiar Matriculation Higher Secondary School, is situated in Sikulpuikawn. It is near the main road here in Aizawl, so it is quite easy to find if you are navigating the hills around 796001. We have been operating as a matriculation school for years now, handling both middle and high school students. The location is pretty central, which means we get a lot of foot traffic and students coming from different parts of the city. Aizawl is a hilly place, so there is always a bit of a climb involved in getting anywhere, and our school is no different. Inside, we have our classrooms and the administration area. It is a busy environment, especially during the exam seasons when everyone is a bit more stressed than usual. The staff here are mostly locals who know the families in the neighborhood. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the daily schedule. Some of the paint is peeling in the hallways and the furniture is well-used, but that’s just how a busy school looks.
