Kabod Foundation

Kabod Foundation is up on the third floor of the RZ Annex Building. We are right at Zodin Square, which is a pretty well-known spot in Aizawl. We are located just above City B, so it is quite easy to find us if you are in the Tlangnuam area. Being on the third floor means we get a decent view of the city, which is nice when things get stressful. Aizawl is a hilly place, so there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to us. It keeps us in shape, I suppose. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of it. We have a few desks and some old shelves for our files. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind the company. We aren't trying to be some big, polished corporation. We are just a group of locals trying to help out in Mizoram. Zodin Square is always buzzing with people, so we feel like we are right in the middle of everything. Sometimes we hear the music from the shops below or the sounds of the traffic. It’s a lively place to work. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should be done. We just try to be useful and help whoever walks through the door. It is a simple life, but it’s good to be working right in the heart of our city.
