Tantia Constructions Ltd.

We operate out of Kashipur village, which is part of the Co-Operative area near Reshambagan in West Tripura. Our setup here is quite modest, located at the place of Ratan Kr. Roy. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big city offices, but it suits the way we work just fine. Tantia Constructions Ltd. has been involved in various projects around this region for some time now. Dealing with construction in West Tripura has its own set of challenges, like getting materials through the local roads or dealing with the weather changes, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporate team with fancy suits. Most of the guys here are just local workers who know the area well. We spend most of our day checking on sites and making sure the foundations are being poured correctly. It’s practical work. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to file some papers or check a layout. The office in the village is where we meet up to discuss what needs to happen next. It feels more like a community spot than a stiff business environment. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a bit, just doing the work that comes our way. It's about being reliable and staying stuck in the actual building process rather than talking about it too much. That's just how we do things around here in Kashipur.
