Rbm-Tantia(Jv)

This branch of Rbm-Tantia(Jv) is located right in Baidyabati. It is a smaller town in West Bengal and things move a bit slower here compared to the big city, which is actually fine by us. We deal with the local side of the business from this office. The address is pretty straightforward, though sometimes the mail gets a bit delayed because the pin code can be tricky for some couriers to find among all the local lanes. We have a simple setup with a couple of old tables and chairs. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or checking on how materials are being moved around the site. It is not a place with air conditioning in every corner, we just open the big windows and let the air in. There is a lot of dust sometimes because of the construction work nearby but we are used to it by now. People from the area stop by occasionally to ask questions or just say hello. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there at the desk. It is a very local way of doing things. We try to keep our records organized in those plastic folders, but sometimes the piles of paper get a bit high. It is just the reality of how we operate here. We like being part of the local community and knowing the people who live around us.
