Yeleshwar Multipurpose Nidhi Limited

We are based in a small village called Yeli, which is in the Pathardi taluka of Ahmednagar. Our office is right there in the post area of Yeli. Since we are in a rural spot, we see a lot of the same faces every single week. We aren't a big organization; we are just a local Nidhi company helping out people in this part of Ahmednagar district. Most of the people who come to see us are farmers or people who run the small shops in the village. They come to us because we are close by and we speak the same language. We don't use a lot of fancy financial talk that nobody understands. We just explain how they can save their money or get a small loan when they need it for seeds, weddings, or equipment. The office is pretty simple, with some old cupboards and a desk that has been used for many years. But it works for us. We handle a lot of cash and checks, so we have to be very careful with the bookkeeping every evening. Sometimes the internet is slow or gone, so we do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. It’s a quiet life here in Yeli, and we are just happy to be a part of the village community. We open our doors early and stay until the sun goes down.
