Our office is just a simple room with the essentials. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything fancy like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the desk. We spend our days helping people put a bit of money aside or get a little help when they are starting something new. It’s a lot of manual work, checking names and numbers, and making sure the math is right. The village is usually pretty peaceful, though you can hear the tractors and the birds outside most of the time. We aren’t looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to be the place where the local people feel okay coming in with their mud-stained boots to talk about their finances. Sometimes we stay late to finish the books, especially at the end of the month, but mostly we are just regular people working a regular job. It’s honest work and it keeps the community going in its own small way. There isn't really a secret to what we do, just being here every day.
