We are based out of C-38 in the MIDC area. It is a typical industrial zone, so it gets pretty noisy with all the machinery and trucks moving around. We’ve been here since we started up. The workshop floor is where most of the action happens, while the small office at the front handles the rest. It’s a dusty place, but that’s just how it is with forging work. We make metal parts and components for various industries. There isn't much to see if you aren't into heavy machinery and raw materials. The crew here is mostly local guys who have been doing this for years. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot, as the heat from the furnaces makes the mid-afternoon pretty tough. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. The MIDC area is convenient for shipping because the roads are built for big lorries. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but we have a backup to keep the main machines going. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just take the orders, heat the metal, and get the parts out the door on time. It’s what we know how to do.
