Uday Kakade

Our place is F-1 in the Konark Apartments, located in Professor Colony. This is in the Chaitanyanagar area of Savedi, Ahmednagar. Uday Kakade is the name of our little firm. It is a quiet neighborhood, which is good for focusing on the work. We aren't some big city corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small, local outfit. Our office is basically a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make tea and a main room where all the desks are. It’s not very fancy, but it gets the job done. We have been in Ahmednagar for a long time, so we know how things work around here. We don't have any polished slogans or marketing brochures to give out. We just talk to people plainly and try to help them with whatever they need. Most of our days are spent at our desks, typing away or talking on the phone. It is a simple life, and we don't have any desire to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We aren't trying to be the best or the biggest. We just want to be reliable and honest. When the workday is over, we lock up the flat and head home. It is a straightforward way to live and work, and that suits us just fine.
