Our company, Trimurti Foodtech Pvt. Ltd., is situated on Nagar Kalyan Road in Parner. Specifically, we are at Post Wadagaon in Amli. It’s a bit out of the way if you’re coming from the main town, but it gives us plenty of space to operate. The road outside is always busy with trucks and buses passing through, which kicks up a lot of red dust. Our building is a pretty standard structure for this area. It’s mostly just a large open space with some partitioned offices for the paperwork. We spend most of our time dealing with the technical side of food processing, which means a lot of checking gauges and looking at bags of supplies. It isn’t the kind of job where you wear a suit. We usually have our sleeves rolled up and boots on. The weather out here can be quite harsh, either very hot or very rainy, and the building reflects that with some water stains on the ceiling. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea about four times a day. It’s the only way to keep going sometimes. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people working in the food industry in a rural part of the state. There’s a sense of peace out here once the sun starts to set and the traffic dies down. We just lock up the gates and head home like everyone else around here.
