Our office is at Arvind Eknath Vaidya’s place in Rammya Nagarivadje Mala. It is a quiet spot, and we like it that way because coaching needs a bit of peace. The name Swayamshilp Life Transforming Coaching Private Limited is a mouthful, but we just call it the office. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big glass boardroom. It's mostly just a few wooden tables and some chairs where we sit with people. Most days, we are here from nine till six. We talk to people about their lives and how they want to change things. It isn't like those motivational videos you see online. It’s more about looking at your daily habits and seeing what’s not working. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with papers everywhere. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. The address at Rammya Nagar is easy enough to find once you know the landmark. We’ve been here for a while now. We don't spend money on big advertisements because most people just hear about us from a friend or a neighbor. It’s just a local business where we try to help people figure out their next steps. The tea stall down the road is where we usually get our afternoon break. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place to work. We just focus on the people who walk in.
