We are situated right on the Shevgaon to Georai Road, in a little place called Balamtakli. Swargiy Kaushalya Multipurpose Nidhi Limited has its doors open for anyone passing by or living in the Shegaon Taluka area. Being right on the main road means we see a lot of traffic passing through, but most of our visitors are the local farmers and shopkeepers from around here. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we work through the stacks of paperwork. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our records safe. We deal with the usual stuff, like small savings and helping people get a bit of credit when they need it for their work or home repairs. People stop in to talk about the rain or the price of seeds as much as they do about their accounts. We don't use a lot of fancy words here. Everything is explained in plain language because that’s how everyone speaks in Balamtakli. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve seen the seasons change from this same spot. It’s a lot of sitting and writing and making sure the numbers match up. We don't have a huge staff, just enough people to keep things moving. It’s honest work, and we are just glad to be part of the local scene here.
