Most people around here just know us as the bakery at Ashok Abaji Chavhan’s place in Supa. We have been working out of this spot in Parner for a while now, focusing on both the baking side of things and processing agro foods. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the ovens are going and the association members are coming in to check on the latest batches. We handle a lot of different jobs here, from sorting local produce to making sure the bread turns out okay for the village. It isn't some big factory with fancy machines everywhere. Most of it is hands-on work. We spend our days dealing with the crops brought in and turning them into something people can actually eat or sell. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or the machines act up, but we just keep at it. Living and working in Supa means you know your neighbors, so we try to do right by the folks who stop by. We don't have a big office or anything, just the workspace and the processing area where all the real work happens. It's dusty and noisy sometimes, but that is just how the agro-food business goes. We focus on the practical stuff, making sure the food is processed properly and the bakery stays running. It’s a simple setup really, just people working with what we have here in the Taluka.
