Sonwane Hospital

Sonwane Hospital is situated out on MIDC Road in Ashti. It is a bit of a drive for some, but for the people living and working in the industrial area, we are right where they need us. The building is a plain structure on the side of the road. Inside, things are kept very functional. We have the wards and the consultation rooms laid out in a way that makes sense for the staff. It gets very quiet at night out here on MIDC Road, though the hospital itself stays lit up in case of emergencies. We have a small group of nurses and doctors who take turns on the shifts. The smell of disinfectant is pretty strong when you first walk in, but you get used to it after a minute. We have some green plants in the lobby area to try and make it look a bit more welcoming, though they struggle a bit in the heat. Ashti can be quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We deal with everything from minor injuries to people who need to stay for a few days. It is a practical place, not a luxury hotel. We just focus on the patients and making sure the records are kept straight. The local canteen nearby usually brings over food for the staff and patients during the day. It is just a steady, quiet hospital for the people of Ashti.
