Sonar Hospital

Being right near the railway station in Ahmednagar makes this a very busy spot. You can hear the trains occasionally, and there is always a crowd of people moving back and forth outside. Our hospital is positioned so that people coming into town can find us easily. It’s a functional building with several wards and rooms for patients. We deal with a lot of different cases every day. The hallways are often filled with families waiting or talking quietly. It’s not a quiet, sterile-feeling place like those big city hospitals, but it’s real and it’s active. Our staff stays busy moving from one room to another. We have basic beds, medical equipment, and a small area for check-ups. The light in the morning is quite bright in the front lobby. We’ve had to fix the plumbing a few times because the building is older, but everything works fine now. People stop by at all hours because of the trains. We try to keep things moving as fast as possible, but some days the waiting list gets long. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just stay here and help whoever walks through the door. It’s a bit dusty outside due to the station construction, but inside we keep it as clean as we can. It’s a local hospital for the people here. We keep extra blankets in the cupboard for the colder nights.
