Shriroop Industries

Shriroop Industries is located at W-63(A) in the MIDC area. It’s a typical industrial spot, surrounded by other factories and warehouses. The street gets pretty busy during shift changes, but otherwise, it’s just the usual hum of production. Our unit isn't huge, but we make good use of every square inch. We have shelves stacked high with materials and a few workbenches that have seen a lot of use over the years. We aren't big on decorations here. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes taped up. Most of the people working here live just a short bus ride away. We show up early, get the machines warmed up, and start the day’s tasks. There’s a lot of focus on getting the details right. We don't talk about "excellence" or stuff like that; we just fix it if it's wrong. It's a straightforward way to run a business. Sometimes we have lunch together outside when the weather is nice. The MIDC can be a bit gray and dusty, but it feels like home to us. We’ve been at W-63(A) for quite a while now. Most of our neighbors know us by name. It’s a simple operation at Shriroop Industries, and that’s how we prefer to keep it. No frills, just honest work on the shop floor every day until the sun goes down.
