You can find us over at the 4th Nath Complex. We are right there at Ganesh Chowk in the Bolhegoan Fata area. Being near the M.I.D.C. means there is always a lot of movement around here. We handle a mix of sales and services, so the office is often cluttered with boxes and spare parts. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We have a few desks and a lot of shelving. The name Shree Swami Samarth Sales & Services is on the door, but most people just know us as the guys in the complex. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially being on the fourth floor. The lift works most of the time, which is good. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and have seen the area change quite a bit. There used to be more open space, but now it’s all buildings and traffic. We mostly deal with local folks and small businesses from the industrial zone. It’s a lot of manual tracking of what goes out and what comes back in for repair. We don't use many fancy systems, just notebooks and a basic computer. It’s a practical way of doing things. Our days are mostly filled with answering the phone and trying to fix things that people bring to us. We just keep things simple and try to stay busy.
