Shree Raj-Rajeshwari Pap-Chem Inds. Pvt. Ltd. is situated on Plot No. D-23 in the MIDC area of Nagpur. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, and out here in the industrial zone, you really feel it. Our plot is a decent size, and we have a lot of space dedicated to the paper and chemical stocks. It’s a noisy place with the sound of trucks coming in and out all day long. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that. The office is just a simple room with a couple of fans and some heavy metal cabinets for the files. We spend most of our time out on the floor or checking the inventory in the warehouse. There's always a lot of dust because of the nature of the materials we handle. The staff here is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We don't talk much about goals or plans; we just look at what needs to be shipped out today and get to it. The paperwork is constant, and there’s always something that needs signing or a delivery that’s running late. It’s a lot of coordination between the gate and the back office. We keep a big water cooler near the entrance because of the heat. Life here is simple and revolves around the daily schedule of loading and unloading. We just work hard and try to stay organized in the middle of all the activity.
