We’ve been here at Plot No. 41 in Sona Nagar for a good while now. It’s a quiet spot, really, since we operate out of Namrata Bunglow. Most people who live around here know where we are, though sometimes people get turned around looking for the specific plot number. It isn’t like some big office building with a fancy lobby. It’s just us working every day, getting things done. We started this because we wanted something local, and it has stayed that way. Usually, the morning starts with checking what came in the mail or any messages we missed from the evening before. The sun hits the front of the bungalow pretty early, so it gets bright inside. It’s a small team, mostly just family and a couple of helpers who’ve been around forever. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If you call, one of us just picks up the phone. We spend a lot of time organizing things in the back. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Sona Nagar is a nice area to work in, mostly residential, so it stays fairly peaceful except for the occasional delivery truck coming through. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the work is finished on time. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a shelf that needs fixing, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a place like this yourself.
