Our place of business is in Ward No. 7/I in Shrirampur. We are based in the Ahmednagar district, and it’s a fairly quiet town compared to the big cities. We run a chit fund, which means we spend a lot of time with the locals, helping them put money aside for the future. The office is very basic, just a simple room with some old desks and chairs. We don't have any fancy posters or marketing materials on the walls. It’s just a place to get the work done. Shrirampur is the kind of town where you see the same people every day, so we’ve gotten to know our members quite well. We don't believe in using big, fancy words to explain how things work. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the power goes out during the day, so we have to sit and wait or use a torch to find a file, but that’s just how it goes here. We don’t have a website or a big social media presence. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or someone told them about us. It’s an honest way to make a living, and it feels good to be part of the local community. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure everyone’s money is accounted for correctly. It is just us working hard.
