Gotripy

Our small office is right in Sarjepura, at 3 Khandelwal Building. If you know the area, we are just opposite the Punjab National Bank. It is a handy spot because people can find us easily when they are out doing their banking. At Gotripy, we mostly deal with travel arrangements. There are posters of different places on the walls, though some are getting a bit faded now. Most of the day is spent on the computer checking flight times or booking cars. It gets busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is very quiet. We have a few old desks and some chairs for when people want to sit down and talk about their trips. It is not a huge place, just enough room for us to manage the bookings. We deal with a lot of paperwork, like tickets and hotel vouchers. Sometimes there is a mistake in a name and we have to spend an hour on the phone fixing it. That is just part of the job. Sarjepura is a busy part of town so there is always noise from the street outside. We have been here for a bit and know the neighbors pretty well. It is a basic setup, nothing flashy, just a place where we organize travel stuff for people who walk in or call us up.
