We are over at Plot No. 41 in Ashirvad Colony. Tucked away near the Saras Bridge, the location is right behind the Market Yard area. Our place is basically a mix of a warehouse and a small office for the spice business. Proximity to the market makes it easy to source the raw materials we need. Turmeric or ground pepper smells usually fill the whole building and the street outside. It is a small operation with just a few of us running the grinding machines. Filled bags and running motors are the main sights and sounds here. A fancy showroom isn't something you'll find at our address. Moving crates in our work clothes is how we spend most of our time. Locals in Saras Nagar have known us for a long time now. Grocery stores and neighbors often buy our masalas directly from the gate. Fancy language doesn't describe what we do as well as simple hard work does. Grinding and packing spices is the core of our day. The office part is just a desk, an old computer, and some notebooks for keeping track of orders. Dust and noise are just part of the environment when the grinders are on. Websites and sales teams aren't part of our setup at all. People like the taste of what we make, and that’s why we stay busy from morning till night.
