Sahkar Urban Nidhi Limited is based in Koradgaon which is part of the Pathardi taluka in Ahmednagar. Our physical location is Milkat No 768/1. It is a very rural setting and that suits us just fine. In a place like Ahmednagar things move at their own pace and we follow that same rhythm. Our office is not a glass building or anything modern. It is just a solid local building where we have set up our desks and cabinets. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork for the local residents. Most of our work is about helping people manage their small savings and keeping the records updated. We know the land and the people here very well because we live here too. There is no need for big advertisements or promotional talk because everyone knows where Milkat No 768/1 is if they need us. We sit and have tea with the people who come in and we listen to what is happening in the village. It is a very human way to run a business. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. Our only goal is to make sure that the books are balanced and that every person who trusts us is treated fairly and with a bit of common sense. It is just daily work for us.
