Safa Clinic

Safa Clinic is tucked away in the CIV Housing Society over in Mukundnagar. It’s a pretty straightforward place to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We mostly see people who live nearby in the society or just a few streets over. It’s the kind of clinic where you know a lot of the patients by their first names because they’ve lived here as long as the clinic has been open. The waiting room isn’t huge, just enough chairs for a handful of people to sit while they wait their turn. I usually spend my time filing charts or answering the phone when someone calls to see if the doctor has arrived yet. It can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps the air moving. We deal with all the usual stuff—scraped knees, flu symptoms, and the occasional checkup for the older folks. It’s a quiet rhythm most days. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings after the weekend, but we manage to get through it. There’s no big fancy sign out front, just a plain one so people know they’re in the right spot. We don't really do anything flashy here. It’s just a neighborhood clinic where people come when they aren't feeling great. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the medicine is the same as anywhere else. We just do our work.
