You can find us over in Ahmednagar, in the Rupmata Nagar area of Savedi. The office sits at Plot No C7, inside Om Sai Shradhha, Saha Grunir. Being an OPC, Rakshitam Agronics (Opc) Private Limited is mostly a one-person show, although I do have people helping out when things get really busy. Agronics covers a wide field, and I try to handle as much of it as possible on my own. It’s quite a lot of responsibility to have everything resting on your shoulders. My days are spent checking on the latest techniques and then trying to apply them to our local farms. Since Ahmednagar is a dry area, water and soil management are always top of mind for me. The office is small and tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. This makes it a good place for thinking and planning. I don't really spend much on advertising or marketing. Most of my work comes from people just talking to each other. I just try to give some advice and show people the products I have when they stop by. It's a lot of hard work and the hours can get very long, especially during the planting or harvest seasons. I don't have a big team or a fancy website. I just have my knowledge and a desire to see the local crops grow. It's a humble business, but it's mine, and I put everything I have into it every single day. There’s always more to learn.
