Prompt Services

You can find us at Plot No. L-141 in the MIDC Industrial Area. Prompt Services has been operating from this same spot for a long time. The building itself is a bit weathered, and the paint is peeling in some places, but it’s a solid place to work. Inside, it’s all about service and maintenance. We have a lot of heavy tools and spare parts scattered around the floor. It’s a bit noisy when the air compressor is running, and the smell of grease and metal is always present. We aren't the kind of place that has a receptionist or a polished waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably have to find one of us in the back near the machines. The staff is a small group of locals who have been doing this kind of work for most of their lives. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures to hand out. Most of our customers are other businesses in the MIDC who know we can help them out when something breaks. We’ve seen the industrial area change quite a bit, with new plots being developed all the time. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside until it comes back on. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy with how things are.
