You can find us at F-24 in the MIDC area on Nimblak Road. Being in an industrial zone like this means we deal with a lot of noise from the nearby units and the heavy trucks passing by on the main road. Palson Pharmaceuticals is basically a large workspace designed for efficiency rather than looks. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just basic fluorescent tubes. It’s a place where we get our hands dirty occasionally, moving boxes and checking on the storage conditions. The air is always a bit dusty because of the road works that never seem to end around here. We have a small office area tucked into one corner where we handle all the billing and the government paperwork. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we have a few big industrial fans blowing all the time. Our team is small but we’ve worked together for years, so we have a good rhythm. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing people. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with distributors. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We start our day early to beat the heat and finish up once the last transport truck has been loaded and sent off.
