Our office is Gala No. 03, right in Indira Peth. Rahuri is a decent-sized town, and we’ve set up shop at number 2225. It’s not a huge place, but it is enough for what we do at Padmini Swarna Nidhi Limited. Most days, we’re just here handling the daily paperwork for the members who trust us with their savings. Since we are in the Ahmednagar district, we get a mix of people from the town and some from the nearby villages too. It gets quite hot here in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get on with our work. We aren't interested in being some big corporate entity. We just want to be a reliable spot where local people can come when they need to talk about their money. No one here is going to give you a rehearsed sales pitch. We talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are busier than others, especially around the start of the month. You might have to wait a few minutes if there’s a line, but we try to move things along. We’ve been part of the Rahuri Taluka for a while and we plan on staying. It feels good to know the people walking through the door. It’s basic, honest work. We keep the ledger updated and make sure the math is right. That’s really all there is to it.
