Nilesh Dighe & Associates

You can find us at Plot No. D-10, right near Shreddha Engineering on Gulmohar Road. Nilesh Dighe & Associates is a small team. We work out of this spot in the Gulmohar area, which is a nice part of town. The office isn't anything fancy. It's practical and a bit cramped with all the paperwork we have to keep track of. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people. There is always the sound of machines from the engineering side nearby, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a front desk person or a lobby with magazines. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very informal environment. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of things. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just end up talking about the weather or the local news. We've been around this neighborhood for quite a bit. It’s not about being some high-flying firm. We just know the local area and the people here. We prefer it that way. No corporate jargon or mission statements hanging on the walls. Just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of hard work. We are just regular people trying to do a good job for our neighbors. It's not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of being here every day.
