Neem Tree Hotels & Resorts Private Limited is located in the town of Shirdi. Our office is over in Sai Laxmi Nagar, at flat number A-5 in building 100/3. Since Shirdi is such a famous pilgrimage spot, it can get very crowded, but our office is in a slightly quieter residential area. We don’t have a massive hotel lobby for an office. We just work out of this flat. It’s a small, simple space where we manage our hotel and resort business. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our team is small, so we all know each other’s business. We don't have any formal corporate policies or fancy mission statements. We just focus on keeping things running smoothly. Most of our day is spent handling bookings and talking to staff at different locations. We like the name Neem Tree because it feels local and sturdy, which is how we try to be. The office is just desks, chairs, and some computers. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s a practical environment where we get our work done. Being in Ahmednagar district, especially in Shirdi, is unique because of the constant flow of people in the town. We just do our bit from our little corner in Sai Laxmi Nagar. We’re just regular people working in the hospitality industry, and this flat is where it all happens for us.
