NAV ANAND GRAMIN NIDHI LIMITED

Our location is at House Number 462 in Anandwadi, which is in the Shrigonda area of Ahmadnagar. It’s a bit of a rural setting, so things are usually pretty quiet around here. NAV ANAND GRAMIN NIDHI LIMITED operates out of this space, and it’s a very basic setup. We have some wooden desks and a couple of computers that we use for all our data entry. Being in a place like Anandwadi means we know a lot of our visitors by name. They come in from the nearby farms or the houses down the road. We spend a lot of time just sitting and going through paperwork. It’s not a high-tech office with lots of gadgets. We mostly rely on our files and the ledgers we keep on the shelves. Sometimes we have to deal with birds nesting near the roof, which makes a bit of noise, but we don't really mind it. The air is fresh out here, which is a nice change from the bigger cities. We start our day early, usually around the time the village wakes up. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes we’ve scribbled for ourselves. We handle the daily tasks one by one and make sure everything is in order before we leave for the day. It’s a simple, honest way to work in a small community. We just stay focused on the practical side of things.
