Yashraj Industries

We are located at Plot No. A-5/3 in the Midc area of Ahmednagar. Yashraj Industries is a fairly typical factory setup for this region. We have some machines running most of the day, so there’s a constant hum in the background. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like the energy. We have a small team of local workers who show up rain or shine. The floor is concrete and usually has some scuff marks from the pallets being moved around. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We’d rather keep the machines in good shape. Ahmednagar can get quite hot, so we have big open doors to let the breeze in. Sometimes birds fly in and sit on the rafters. It’s just a normal day for us. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just know what needs to be produced by the end of the shift. We have a small area where we keep our tools and another spot for the finished goods. It’s a straightforward process. We aren't a huge company, just a local business trying to keep things moving. We deal with whatever problems come up, like a broken belt or a late delivery, and we just handle it. That's the way it goes here. It’s nothing special, just our daily work life in the Midc. We keep at it every day.
