We are based at Plot No. L-2 in the Midc part of Ahmednagar. This is where we handle everything related to the wheels we work on. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't really feel like some big corporate entity when you’re standing on the shop floor. We have some heavy machinery and a lot of metal components lying around. The work can be quite physical and we get our hands dirty every single day. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves its purpose well enough for us. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that to impress visitors. Most people who come by are just here to drop off materials or pick up finished goods. We have a group of guys who have been with us for years and they really know their way around the equipment. It’s a loud place when everything is running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We don’t spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and holds up. Being in Ahmednagar is convenient for us and we’ve made a lot of connections in the industrial estate over the years. It’s just a matter of showing up and getting through the daily list of tasks. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our jobs.
