Bharat Foundry

You can find Bharat Foundry over at Plot No, D-80 in the Midc part of Ahmednagar. Working in a foundry is a bit different than other jobs. It’s hot, there’s soot, and you’re always on your feet. We don’t have fancy desks or air conditioning in the main area. It’s all about the metal and the heat. D-80 is where we spend most of our lives. The gate is usually open during the day so the air can circulate a bit. We’ve been in Ahmednagar for a long time, and the Midc has changed around us, but we’re still here doing the same things. It’s noisy, especially when the furnace is going. We don’t really do much advertising because most people who need us already know where we are. It’s just how it works in this trade. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big pour is happening. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's a foundry, so there’s always going to be some mess. The guys here are used to the hard work. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. Bharat Foundry is just a place where we work with metal and try to do a decent job every day. It’s a practical business for practical people. We stay busy and that’s about it. There isn't much else to say about how we run things here on a daily basis.
