Our place is located in Ahmednagar, specifically in shop number four of the Durga Apartment complex on S No. 38. It’s a pretty simple setup for Medhesh Textile Manufacturing. We are not some giant factory with thousands of people; we are a smaller operation working right out of a residential-commercial building. The area around here is mostly quiet compared to the big metros, which we actually prefer. We spend our time managing the production side of things and making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the rolls of cloth and the equipment, but we make it work. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a friendly, local feel to the way we run things. We don't have a big HR department or fancy branding. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. Ahmednagar is a decent place to grow a business like this because the community is tight-knit. We see the same faces every day and everyone knows who we are. Our office isn't much to look at, just some desks and shelves, but it’s where all the real work happens. We focus on the manufacturing and try to stay out of the way of the apartment residents. It’s a honest day's work for us.
