MAGNATIC URBAN MULTIPURPOSE NIDHI LIMITED

Our spot is Shop No. 2 in the Market Yard right on the Nagar Manmad Road in Rahuri. It is registered under Sopan Sayaji Warale’s name. If you have ever driven down that road, you know how much traffic there is. The Market Yard is always buzzing with farmers and traders. We are Magnatic Urban Multipurpose Nidhi Limited. It is a big name for a shop-sized office, but we like it here. There is a lot of dust from the road, so we are always cleaning the desks. We have a couple of benches for people to sit on while they wait. It is not fancy, but it gets the job done. Being in Ahmednagar, the summers are really hot, so the fan is always running. We talk to people all day long about their needs. Most of them are coming in from the nearby villages or they are just passing through the market. We keep our records in big ledgers and on the computer too. It is a mix of old and new ways. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to raise our voices to be heard. We do not mind. It is the sound of the town working. We have been at this shop for a while and everyone around the Nagar Manmad Road knows where Shop No. 2 is. We just keep things moving, helping out whoever walks in with their paperwork or questions. We stay open as long as there is work to do.
