We started Kanifnath Dall Mills a while back right here in Village Aramgaon. It’s mostly just us handling the pulses every day. Dealing with crops means we're usually busy with the machines or checking the bags. It gets dusty in the shed, but that's how it is when you’re milling dal. People around here know where to find us. My family has been around this area for a long time, so setting up the business here felt right. We don't spend money on ads or flashy signs. Most folks just hear about us from their neighbors. The equipment takes a lot of maintenance to keep running smooth. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and our evenings clearing out the day's work. It’s a quiet life in Aramgaon except for the sound of the rollers. We just try to do the job without making a fuss. If you walk down the main path, you can usually smell the lentils being processed. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy through the seasons. We're just regular people working the land's harvest.
