Joshi'S Tasty Foods Pvt. Ltd. is located out in the Additional Midc Industrial Area at Plot No. M-16/4. It is quite a drive from the main town center, out where all the big factories and sheds are. We are right near the Cooper Corporation Export Oriented Unit, which is a massive place that everyone uses as a landmark. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise from machinery and trucks moving heavy loads. Our building is a sturdy structure built for heavy-duty work. Inside, it is all about the production line. We have different sections for cooking, cooling, and then packing the food products. It is a big space but we have filled up most of it with equipment now. The air smells like whatever we are cooking that day, which is usually a good thing. During the lunch break, the workers from the nearby units all come out and sit in the shade of the few trees we have by the gate. It is a tough environment because of the heat and the dust from the road, but the work is steady. We have a small office at the front where the phone rings more than I would like. Running a private limited company means there is more paperwork than when we started, but we just take it one day at a time. It is a long day, starting early and ending late.
